Job Role:
As an Associate Consultant, you will embark on a challenging and rewarding path in which you will acquire crucial skills that have an impact on how our clients improve their approaches to productivity, performance, and goal setting. You will get the chance to work on significant transformation programmes. By working flexibly, showcasing intellectual prowess, and providing clients with new solutions, you will ensure the seamless delivery of end-to-end projects. Daily responsibilities can range from managing productive client relationships to collaborating with key stakeholders to building digital services.
When you enroll in the Accelerate Program, you automatically become an Associate Consultant. As an Associate Consultant, you will start a challenging and exciting journey in which you will learn crucial skills that will assist our clients in changing the way they work, behave, and accomplish their objectives. Anywhere in the UK or abroad, you'll have the chance to work on large-scale change programmes. By working flexibly, showcasing intellectual prowess, and providing clients with new solutions, you will ensure the seamless delivery of end-to-end projects.
You can be working on projects in the following industries: consumer goods and retail, financial services & insurance, government, utilities, manufacturing, automotive & life sciences (MALS), or technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).
Members of the programme will also work on internal projects that advance our company's development. There are numerous projects that can help you hone your primary consulting talents while also pursuing other interests across the company. Many of our grads take pleasure in making contributions to thought leadership, ideas, and event planning.
Learning:
You will spend the first three months of the Accelerate Programme in The Institute, where you will learn fundamental consulting skills and gain a thorough understanding of everything, we do at Capgemini Invent in a feedback-rich environment. After The Institute, you will enter the Accelerate Programme's Academy Period. The BT Academy, a fantastic training ground for people looking to gain experience in a variety of technology-based consulting roles or those looking to specialize in areas like User-Centered Design, Agile transformation, or Digital Security, will then be your new home.
Your growth and ability to learn a variety of abilities in a variety of contexts are highly valued. You will have access to more extensive learning opportunities during the programme and can select from a variety of accreditations, including:
- User Centered Design (Google UX, NN/g, Interaction Design Foundations).
- Cloud (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
- Digital Workplace (Microsoft Power Platform, Change Management and Service Adoption).
- Digital Security Fundamentals (CompTIA).
- Technology Business Management.
- Digital and Business Architecture.
- Agile @ Scale (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- Business and soft skills (user empathy, design thinking, emotional intelligence)
