Client Relationship Consultant
Job Description:
- In order to deliver the best advice while adopting a digital first attitude, client relationship consultants develop relationships with clients by engaging them through several channels, including in-person, by appointment, and digitally.
- Trust, assessing and attending to customers' banking needs, gathering and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on the various deposit and loan products and services available, and recommending solutions based on each customer's particular goals and needs are the foundations of strong client relationships.
- Establishing and maintaining connections with clients by proactive follow-up and outreach, getting to know their financial needs and preferred banking channels, and asking questions. by skillfully interacting and communicating with clients, determines solutions for both new and existing clients depending on their needs. keeps up a working knowledge of digital products and services, as well as consumer and business banking products and services. gives customers the best possible experience every time, including welcoming them and handling simple transactions. builds cooperative relationships with branch team members and partners to provide the best possible customer service.
- New consumer and commercial accounts can be opened, service requests can be fulfilled, and credit applications can be submitted.
- Clients are proactively informed about new self-service digital goods and services to help them achieve their financial needs.
- Uses the technology and resources that are currently accessible to enhance the client experience and provide accurate and excellent operational service to our clients.
- This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Client Relationship Consultant 1
Qualification:
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Experience in customer service of one to three years.
- 1-3 years' level of sales experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Basic understanding of all retail products and services.
- Basic understanding of retail product philosophy, policy, processes, paperwork, and systems.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Effective marketing and referral skills.
- Powerful oral and writing communication.
- Prior financial services experience desirable.
Client Relationship Consultant 2
Qualification:
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Experience in customer service of three to four years.
- 3-4 years' level of sales experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Comprehensive understanding of the philosophies, practices, documentation, and systems governing retail products.
- Complete familiarity with all retail goods and services.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Experience taking part in promotions and sales initiatives.
- Strong mathematical, negotiating, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Preferable is financial services industry experience.
- Experience helping out less experienced staff.
Client Relationship Consultant 3
Qualification:
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Experience in customer service of four to five years.
- 4-5 years' level of sales experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Comprehensive understanding of the philosophies, practices, documentation, and systems governing retail products.
- Thorough familiarity with all retail goods and services.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Experience taking part in promotions and sales initiatives.
- Strong mathematical, negotiating, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Preferable is financial services industry experience.
- Preferably, prior managerial experience.

- Experience in customer service of five or more years.
- 5 or more years' level of sales experience.

- Advanced understanding of the philosophies, policies, practices, paperwork, and systems governing retail products.
- Thorough familiarity with all retail goods and services.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Experience taking part in promotions and sales initiatives.
- Strong mathematical, negotiating, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Preferable is financial services industry experience.
- Preferably, prior managerial experience.
