Annapurna Labs, an Amazon company, is looking for a hands-on software engineer with experience in embedded software, to join the networking SW group. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, who can take ownership, and lead the development of key SW components for Amazon network cards.
You will take part in developing, integrating and deploying cutting-edge networking technologies, starting from the identification and definition of project requirements, feature development, deployment and operational support on a very large scale.
Your code will run on millions of servers worldwide as part of the Nitro system. Not many software engineers in the world have the opportunity to create code that runs at such a large scale.
The role includes working closely with HW, FW, and SW teams all over the world.

Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
4+ years of experience with embedded SW development
Strong C programming skills.
Personal characteristics: Team player, fast learner, highly motivated, and willing to work in a dynamic and demanding environment * Creative, motivated, and value-driven.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with SoC development life cycle
Experience with PCI Express
Experience with Virtualization technologies
Familiarity with Linux OS
