E2E Process Architect – Source-to-Pay
What You Would Be Doing:
- To define Source-to-Pay end-to-end process maps, process maturity, performance KPIs, and opportunities to drive improvement in process standardization, performance (efficiency, effectiveness, and experience), and digitization/automation, engage with global process owners and business/operations leaders.
- Adopt a framework for measuring process maturity to inform analysis and the ranking of process improvement and automation priorities for the Source-to-Pay process domain.
- Ongoing examination, intake, and prioritization of projects to improve the Source-to-Pay process area's processes (via process re-engineering and automation).
- Ensure that efforts deliver a clear measurable outcome (financial, strategic, and operational KPIs) and provide visibility into the progress made on those projects.
- To bring alignment on improvement possibilities and potential value creation across end-to-end process domains, effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Adopt and use industry-standard techniques, such as process simulation, business process management, and mining, to design and document business processes, analyze performance gaps and inefficiencies, and find opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Attend important meetings and forums and represent the Process Architecture organization.
- Business operations, finance, and management bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of documented experience working in a complex setting on global, cross-functional end-to-end process architecture, redesign, transformation, and improvement.
- Extensive expertise, knowledge, and comprehension of the high technology industry's business models and key procedures for producing, marketing, selling, renewing, supporting, and financing hardware, software, services, and subscriptions.
- Expertise in the areas of sourcing and supplier management, purchase requisition and purchase order management, approval procedures, receiving and invoice management, and accounts Understanding of upstream and downstream processes in relation to payable processes.
- Strong facilitation and influencing abilities; expertise managing relationships, partnerships, and engagements with senior stakeholders (VP level and higher); proven capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to transform tools and approaches from lean, six sigma, and process improvement into straightforward, useable actions and process maturity assessments.
- Experience managing, developing, and maturing a skilled team of process architects, specialists in process re-engineering, and coaching leaders in change management for new processes.
- Leading cross-functional workshops and kaizen activities with success.
- Successful track of overseeing steering committee evaluations, influencing senior leadership decision-making, and enabling problem-solving.
- Use of formal and informal networking skills to establish, develop, and navigate a large, international organization.
- Knowledge of a wide range of concepts, including Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, process mining, business process management tools, methodology, and statistical analysis, as well as the actual application of these concepts to business challenges.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree an MBA preferred.
