Job Description:
- Participate in contract management, keep an eye on and report on vendor performance to make sure contractual responsibilities and performance targets are met.
- Mandatory Compliance Reporting Support for Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs) on Different Supplier Related Activities When necessary, escalate throughout trainings to ensure compliance.
- Conduct benchmarking, identifying, approving, onboarding, auditing, and ongoing operations.
- Support the planning of management, operational, and special meetings
- Performance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Constantly monitor, control, and enhance supplier performance according to agreed-upon SLAs.
- KPI reporting, ongoing monitoring, and dashboards.
- Reliable delivery: To better understand, report, and take action on service and delivery performance
- Cost productivity over time: Measure cost productivity as a function of market price and take appropriate action.
- Assist with operations and purchasing.
Profile Description:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in the food, agri, or FMCG industries in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, and vendor management; strong exposure to these areas; and expertise managing numerous stakeholders
- SAP MM module experience is a must.
- Flexibility with employment responsibilities, work scope, and shifts
- mastery of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both written and conversational form.
