Job Description

Employing judgement and judgement while working with little to no supervision to manage supply chain operations for a national or regional business unit, such as inventory analysis, order fulfilment, import/export operations, and shipping.

Uses IT systems to gather important measurements, create reports, and evaluate data for actions involving demand and supply matching.

Backlog management analysis.

Assembles regional and national demand data for demand planning.

The planning teams for the regional and global business units review the present business process.

Regularly evaluates performance indicators to find possibilities for advancement.

Education and Experience

University degree or equivalent experience.

Normally, a supply chain function requires 0–2 years of expertise.

Skills

Excellent understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

Proven analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in the local language and English.

Strong interpersonal abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Basic knowledge of project management techniques.

Enhancing technical and business knowledge within sphere of influence.

A summary of HP's overall supply chain strategy.

Basic knowledge of ATP and material requirements planning (MRP).

Basic knowledge of compliance requirements for import/export regulations.

Simple understanding of inventory analysis.
