Human Resources Internship Program

2023 Human Resources Summer Analyst Program (Mumbai/Bangalore).

As a Human Resources intern you will spend your summer working on key HR projects and initiatives across the Firm and get exposed to the various HR functions and processes existing in a leading global investment bank. You will own and drive projects like organizing a cross functional career marketing event, develop a guide for new deployment managers for India Global Center, standardize HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all India entities. Work assignments will be exciting, challenging and with a steep learning curve.

The projects are presented to senior management, alongside getting firsthand experience of working on a project from inception to delivery.

Qualification

MBA candidates graduating in Spring 2024 with major in Human Resources.

Skills

Display strong initiative, thinking and problem solving.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Candidates should be available from April to June 2023.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of basic HR functions.

Note: The internship will be based out in Mumbai/Bengaluru, India.
